“I decided to join Katie's Total Transformation Program. She designed workouts that made me push myself even harder, both physically and mentally. She also designed an entire nutrition plan just for me. For someone who had never counted a calorie before, it was pretty intimidating, but I had trust in Katie and followed along with what she had planned out. Although I had a good understanding of which foods to avoid, I needed to learn which foods were best, especially in what proportions. It took a little while to understand, but Katie was patient with me and after six months I have so much more confidence in my food choices. I am so happy I did the Total Transformation Program. I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have before and I have gained so much confidence in my body's abilities.”
