Personal Training

One on one sessions with a certified and experienced personal trainer. These sessions focus on learning proper form, movements, and effective functional fitness. Workouts are designed and catered to meet the individuals needs, goals, and capabilities. Get pushed to limits you thought you'd never reach, while being motivated and held accountable to your goals in a private environment. Personal training session can be up to 4 people.


Come get your sweat on and get your weekend started off right with Saturday morning outdoor bootcamp. This is a drop in class, no sign up necessary. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications are provided as needed. Join an amazing group of ladies for a good old fashioned butt kicking. This class builds teamwork, camaraderie, strength, endurance, and more.

Group Personal Training

Grab a friend or two and get fit together with small group personal training sessions. These are fun and interactive sessions for groups of two to five people. Sign up for open class times or create your own group and choose your time. Utilizing circuits, team work, strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and endurance. Catered to different fitness levels and guaranteed to be a blast!
Groups can be between 6-12 people.

Online Fitness Coaching

We offer online fitness coaching that can be done at home, or at a gym. We meet you where you are physically and design a program specifically for your ability, needs and goals.


We offer many options for nutrition. One on one nutrition coaching sessions, online coaching & accountability programs as well as Holistic Health Coaching.

TRX with Erin Crosswhite
