“My final check-in and measurements occurred in early April 2019. Katie measured body fat, muscles and inches. I knew I would have good results because I felt amazing and the people around me were commenting how lean I was looking. Lean. Me? This was a reality that I hadn’t been in before. But when she told me my numbers, it just seemed unbelievable. I lost 25.5 inches and went from 30.7% to 17.98% body fat. The scale said I lost 15 pounds.
