I did a Sugar Busters Challenge at Rebel Fitness in January 2016. I stayed with the moderate plan and lost a total of 71 pounds in about 9 months. I have maintained that loss for the last 4 months. I have completely eliminated processed foods! I’m grateful for this wonderful support system of this amazing Rebel Fitness family!!
I still get frustrated that I have hit a wall and can’t get past the weight I am at now but I’m learning and trying to not focus on the number and focus on how I feel and how much stronger or faster I can get. This is a journey that I’m on and I’m excited to see where I am again in another year from now!
