After giving birth to my daughter I was extremely depressed about my body and weight. After about 15 months I had had enough. I committed to the Saturday bootcamp. I could workout once a week, right? Shortly thereafter I wanted more and asked Katie to program workouts for me at home three days a week. I immediately felt myself getting stronger. I gained some confidence.
