“I knew I needed something to change, but didn’t have motivation to do anything about it until the doctor told me that if I continued on this path, I’d be over 200 pounds and diabetic in four years. Needless to say, the doctor woke me up and I knew that I had to make a change. But not another yo-yo diet, real actual life changes (both physical and mental) were needed! It was then that I approached Katie for help. The plan was a combination of diet and exercise, which was put in place for me by Katie, allowing me to take control of my situation. I made the diet work for me and I didn’t cut out anything that I love, because if you tell me that I can’t have something that is all I want! This was one of the hardest things that I have ever done because there were times that I was physically and mentally exhausted and wanted to give up! Those were the low days for sure, but as I progressed, those days were few and far between. I couldn’t have done this without the support of my family, friends, and my Rebel Fit family.
Six months later, I am no longer plagued by back and hip problems, and am stronger, healthier than I have been in a long time. I know that I am not done with this journey but I am excited to see where this path takes me!”
